i can’t hear You

Silence from God tests our faith. Some of us have been in situations in life where everything seems quiet. You pray, but hear nothing in return. You read the Bible, but it’s not speaking to you. You try and seek God, but it seems like He’s hiding. Do. Not. Give. Up.

Don’t ignore the silence. < Sometimes God will use His absence to test your faith. When it seems as though God is being quiet, don’t lose hope. Allow that time that you’re feeling away from God, motivate you to move closer to Him. Trusting God is a part of your relationship with Him; in all circumstances. If God is silent, trust Him. He knows what He is doing.

O God, do not remain quiet; Do not be silent and, O God, do not be still. — Psalm 83:1

God is there, always will be. However, sometimes we need to sit back and listen. Allow the Holy Spirit speak to you, when the time is right. You’re saying “hurry! hurry! hurry!” Gods saying, “wait! wait! wait!” The way we want our life isn’t always Gods will for us. His timing is perfect for us. And if that calls for us to be patient and wait, then lets be patient and wait.

Let your feet walk in faith even when there is silence. Silence doesn’t mean that God is gone. It just means He’s allowing you to grow closer to Him while testing your faith. The Lord will never leave you. However, you are as close to God as you choose to be. Continue seeking Him while He is silent. God still hears your prayers.

“Be still and know that I am God.” ~ Pslam 46:10

When God is silent, He is not still. God does some of His best work in the darkness. Trust Him that He is there.

It is never about Jesus if it’s always about us.

I pray that The Lord may speak to you through me, I can only hope I can help you in your relationship with Christ.
